Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges if the product has been opened or tampered in any way. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

 

Refunds 

We do not give refunds if the product has been opened or tampered in any way. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure the quality of our products and will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is damaged due to manufacturer defects or an error on our part.

Given the sensitive nature of chemicals and peptides, improper handling may lead to degradation. Therefore, once a product has left our facility, we are unable to resell it, and standard returns cannot be accepted.

Peptide Returns

Due to their fragile composition, peptides can degrade outside our controlled environment. While we generally do not accept returns on peptides, we are happy to review reasonable cases and will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution.

Return Process

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

• Email us at info@aminopurecanada.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization before sending any items back.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed manually. Please allow up to 7 days after we receive the returned item for the refund to be completed.

• If a refund is requested and approved, the total amount will be automatically sent to your card.
