Been using 2 sprays in morning then another mid afternoon , max so far 4-5 sprays in 24 hrs.
Not sure of dose , but overall i feel a bit more switched on, just overall better!
Iam fairly active with 3-4 gym days a week and about 25-30 km of walking in a 5 day span.
The mid afternoon dose seems to make me feel way more with it and switched on to finish out the day.
If the nasal sprays this good i wanna try the injectable next
